What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or general location, your timeframe, a budget range if you share one, and a description of the work you need. You can also attach a photo of your land. That is it. We do not run ads, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not buy or collect data about you from anywhere else.
What we do with it
When you submit the form, your information goes to Jack so he can look at the job and get back to you. You may also get one short confirmation email letting you know the request came through.
We use your information to respond to your request and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers. Ever.
Text messages
If you leave a phone number on the form, we may text you about that request: confirming the appointment you booked, reminding you before it, or answering what you asked. Message frequency is a few per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them and HELP for help.
Texts are sent by 555 Digital, the company that runs scheduling for Pyburn Land Management. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number goes only to the messaging service that delivers the text, which is what makes the message possible, and to nobody else.
Services that help this site run
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs like nearly every website. Your form submission travels to Jack through outside email and text delivery services, the same way a letter passes through the post office. Those services process your information only to deliver it and for nothing else.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in Jack's email and phone like any other business correspondence. If you want it deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form; nothing on this site requires you to submit anything. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out using the contact info below and we will handle it.
