What does a quote cost?
Nothing. I will come out, walk your land with you, and see how it all sits before I give you a firm price. You will have that number in hand before any work starts.
What the visit looks like
You show me what you have and tell me what you want it to look like when I leave. I walk it. I am looking at what is standing on the ground, how thick it is, where the low spots hold water, how a machine gets in, and where the debris can go. That takes a little while on a big piece and not long at all on a lot.
What you get after
A firm number for the work we talked about, in writing, before anything starts. Not a range that grows once the machine is on the ground. If you want to add something while I am out there, a driveway or a spot for a barn, I price that too and you decide.
No pressure on the walk
Plenty of people get a quote, sit on it for a season, and call back when they are ready. That is fine. The number is yours to keep and think about.
