Do you handle residential and commercial jobs?
Both. From house pads to commercial lots to farm ponds, if the job means moving dirt and bringing your land to life, it is the kind of work we love to do.
Residential
Most of my calls are from people with a house and some land, or land they are about to put a house on. Clearing an overgrown lot, cutting a driveway, grading a pad, fixing a yard that holds water, digging a pond, bush hogging a field that got away from them. Small jobs are welcome. A single afternoon of bush hogging is still a job to me.
Commercial and farm
Lots that need clearing and grading before a building goes up, gravel lots and access roads, trenching for utilities, drainage work, and pasture and farm work. If you are a builder or a business owner and you need site work priced, I walk it the same way and give you the same kind of firm number.
One way of working
